I really like this website for surveys :

They send surveys somewhat frequently, and you earn points for each one. I earned 1000 points pretty quickly, and got 10.00 cash. A check came in the mail within 2 weeks. I've also had opportunities to take other surveys through their affiliate sites that offered more rewards (to the tune of about 70.00 cash once).

I give them a thumbs up !!

I was asked if I would like to do an interactive survey on 12/21/04 at 3 pm. This was for 1500 points. I followed the link to check out my computer prior to the survey and was online and ready at the given time. I had a problem viewing the ads, but called the help line later during the survey. She told me what to do and I did it. So far I have not received any points. I have emailed Lauren at Lightspeed twice and have yet to receive an answer. What should I do?

This is one of my favorite survey sites. They send interesting surveys. I especially like the product testing. I give them the thumbs up!

I did one of those the day before you (12/20) for 2000 points and haven't received credit for it either. no response to my emails either (today I sent a note though Planet Feedback..don't know if that's going to do any good)

I used to think it was a good survey site but when I redeemed my 2200 points for a prize nothing came... in fact from the three e-mails I have sent over the last 3 months I have only recieved an automated responce. I've also noticed that as of aug 2004 there have been no "new" posts in the comments/ help section. Which leads me to believe that the "Prizes" are simply a device to get you to respond to surveys for free to them.

In other words, They have no interest in rewarding you as they claim.

Perhaps I am wrong but I think that their apathy in my case leads me to that conclusion.

I recieved my Lightspeed check in the mail a few days ago, about 3 weeks after requesting it. Lightspeed is one of my more favorite survey companies.

but unfortunately,i live out of US.
How can i change the point to my paypal account?
it seems that they will call me before they pay this.

Hi,

Maybe you could try e-mailing them and asking them? They hopefully will be able to give you a good answer -- good luck. I also belong to them, get hardly any surveys and those I do, I've never even gotten any points for, I must be REALLY boring! LOL

Well. That's not right. There's got to be a way to contact them, I wonder if we can find it?

I love this site - especially with Christmas coming. You can earn points really fast and exchange them for amazon or paypal certificates. I get the amazon certificates and have already started shopping for Christmas. Once I redeem my points usually I recieve the gift certificate about an hour later via email.

I AGREE WITH YOU ABOUT LIGHTSPEED PANEL.. I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A FEW YRS NOW. THEY ARE EASY AND YOU DO GET PAID. I HAVE GOTTEN PAID AROUND 60 IN JUST UNDER A YR.

LOL, Well, I was all excited as they sent me two surveys and I got a total of 125 points from those, but since then, I haven't qualified for "one" other survery. Like I said, I must be "really" boring!!!! Good for you all that are getting stuff
