inkjetusa is lousy

i have emailed and called and left messages to no avail. nothing not even a kiss my foot. i purchased an inkmail box from them. this is where you can send your cartridge back to them and they will refill and return to you. i sent it to them at the end of december and i have not recd it back. (it is supposed to only take 72 hours).

i have left negative feedback where ever i can to see if they see it and nothing yet. thought i would post here to get this out to everyone i can so that noone else buys from them or if they do they do so at their own risk.
