Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I have an order I'm waiting for from furniture.com. I placed the order in March, in May I called to check and they were waiting for a part. I was told it would ship at the end of June. Now I call and they tell me it shipped June 7 but don't know when I will receive it. It's as if it's on a truck between here and there and they don't know where!! Every conversation with them has been initiated by me. They don't respond to my e-mails so I call and wait sometimes over an hour to speak to someone! I don't know what else to do! I asked to speak to a supervisor but got someone's voice-mail and they never called back either!!

Sorry for the rant but I'm hoping someone may have some ideas...

I really hope that you've gotten things straight by now.
All I know is that I place a VERY large order with them in December and had to cancel it months later because it was "lost". Then it shows up on my doorstep weeks after that!!!
They are the worst of the worst. Customer service is a JOKE!

Well, since the day I originally posted this, furniture.com has just been taking messages thru an answering service and not even putting calls thru to their office!! I have left messages three time but haven't gotten a call or e-mail back yet! Isn't this the worst you've ever seen! Maybe it will just appear at my door one day. Wouldn't that be nice!!
