I really hope that you've gotten things straight by now. All I know is that I place a VERY large order with them in December and had to cancel it months later because it was "lost". Well, since the day I originally posted this, furniture.com has just been taking messages thru an answering service and not even putting calls thru to their office!! I have left messages three time but haven't gotten a call or e-mail back yet! Isn't this the worst you've ever seen! Maybe it will just appear at my door one day.
