If you attended a Mshow presentations last week, but still haven't received your $20 Amazon GC; here is what their customer service representative suggests doing:

Give them your name, e-mail, and the date and time of the show you attended. You should receive an answer within an hour or so. If not, contact customer service at:
888-457-7469.
