I have ordered from them about a dozen times. I went for the $1.00 shipping guaranteed before Christmas. Boy did they suck!

Everything went wrong. They shipped to the wrong address and after only 10 minutes I couldnt cancel or change the order. Seems once its in the system you are out of luck.

They also didnt give me the $1.00 shipping! nice huh? I had to call twice and really got nothing resolved except a credit instore for the shipping overage. Well I wont ever be using it.

I ordered a microwave from them last year. The delivery guys said it was delivered to our house. Funny, we couldn't find it. Finally Overstock shipped us another, and you know the darn thing broke in about 3 months. What a waste of money! I doubt I'd deal with them again. I even phoned them to tell them how bad that microwave was, that maybe they shouldn't carry it. No one ever got back to me on that. Guess they just don't care. We guessed since the original microwave had left the warehouse, that it was delivered to the wrong address, and that the people who received it kept it. Something that large doesn't just disappear into thin air.

Sorry to hear about your problems with them. Somehow I'm not surprised.

Overstock is one of the only companies in my 6+ years of shopping I have NEVER had a problem with! They ship fast, their prices on most things are great and the one time I had to do with CS they were wonderful to me. I bet I have ordered from them over 100 times and will keep on ordering!

shipping was slow on my last order, but everything was in good shape...so i guess its ok

I have ordered from them like 2 dozen times. I ordered sheets and jewelry and a watch.... several books and movies. This time just ticked me off!
