Lightspeed Survey Woes

Has anyone else had problems completing Lightspeed Panel surveys? I gave them 30 minutes of my time on a survey, then got an error saying "authentication failed". I'm out 1/2 hour and they won't respond to any of my emails. This was a $10 survey. They got my opinions, and I got diddley.
Then they send me an invitaion to a survey that isn't even there. For anyone thinking of joining them, I wouldn't. I'm seriously thinking of cancelling.

What's the URL for Lightspeed? I haven't received a survey from them for months. I used to get them all the time. I've never had any problems with their surveys. Sorry you were out the time and trouble.

I usually stop by there once a day. Sometimes there are surveys just sitting there. Not so sure I'll take them anymore tho.

THIS has happened to me at least twice AND it is very frustrating. I barely ever even check this site anymore! YOU ARE RIGHT about no response to emails either. Hardly worth my time or yours!

YA KNOW COME TO THINK OF IT,, I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR A FEW YEARS WITH LIGHT SPEED.. THE SAME THING HAPPENS TO ME ALL THE TIME.. BUT STILL WHEN THEY SAY YOU CANT CONTINUE THEY STILL GIVE YOU THE POINTS FOR THE SURVEY EVEN IF YOU DONT FINISH IT. SO REALLY YOU CANT LOOSE. I HAVE NOTICED THAT ONCE OR TWICE THO I DID SOME SERVEYS AND DIDNT GET POINTS FOR THEM.. AND ANOTHER THING THAT BUGS ME, WHY DO THE SAME PEOPLE ALWAYS WIN THE BIG MONEY? I HAVENT KNOW ONE PERSON YET THAT HAS WON

I think I've got you all beat. I've taken their surverys and have "never" gotten points or anything from them. Not once. And, I've also clicked on links that had nothing there --- you're right, forget the e-mails.

Depend of your mind...which one is better but in my opinion cancelled is more
wonderful

Lightspeed's been sending me surveys again, just recently. I didn't even do a couple as I've been getting nowhere but I did the last two and got 125 points. Maybe they're getting better?
