I have to say that Neiman Marcus has the best online customer service I have seen in a LONG time! I didn't see a certain product that I was needing on their site so I emailed them and suggested they should list it in the future. They emailed me back within 10 minutes (unheard of!) with pictures of the product I needed, and how I can order it online (fill out online form, etc.) Easy and painless process, something I don't see very often. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SITE!

except when i was trying to place an order today it kept bombing and giving me page not found during checkout. you're right- customer service rocked. But why is their site so slow?! And the search times out so you can only see your results for a certain amount of time.
