I know many of you got the refund check. For those who didn't.... here's what happened. Recently they had 3 online coupons and got slammed with alot of orders. Instead of just canceling, they sent a nice email telling everyone that due to tremendous oders, they were out of stock, so they were sending us each a check in the mail. A couple weeks later, I got a $20 check! How's that for customer service?
