First off, if you're not "familiar" with Kenra, it's only sold in Salons or through an 800 number and is quite pricie. I had sent for a free sample of their Volumizing Finishing Spray (BTW-off no longer valid) and after receiving it, I went back to their site and emailed a compliment. I REALLY loved it. Gave you the volume without the "80's" do! Any how, shortly afterwards a Rep. mailed back and thanked me for taking the time to write. She asked if my Salon carried their products and if they didn't could I please email her their address etc. Well, it's in a little "hick" town so they don't carry this line of products and the closest Salon to me that does was 50 miles away (ugh). She said she would gladly send me more samples if I "didn't mind"

2 Days later my wonderful UPS man came knocking on the door and had a package from them that contained 20 sample (nice sizes, not the little foil packaging deals)

Later the same day, a Mngr. emailed mr asking if they could use my email on their site (I think they're working on building it??), I said of course. He then turned and said to say "Thank-you" he would send out a full size product of my choice. I told him it wasn't necessary (I must have been in a good mood)

Never received another email from him, but 2 days later, the UPS man was back with another package and it contained Volumizing Shampoo, Conditioner and Finshing Spray- ALL FULL SIZE!!!! He also included a HANDWRITTEN thank-you card! I was floored! I'll be calling the 800# or making that drive for more of their products! This closed the deal for me! As if their products didn't speak for themselves- the personal and kind treatment I received would have made me tempted to buy almost anything from them...even if I knew it wasn't worth it
