I just had the best customer service experience with

Register Now] . I hadn't received the AT&T phone card I bought during a powerbuy a few weeks ago, so I contacted mercata tonight by email. I explained that I thought it might be a post office problem as the p.o. had changed my address a few weeks ago. Within minutes of sending the email, I received an email from mercata advising that I'd be getting a response within 24 hours. Then, less than 30 minutes later I received an email from a CS rep advising that mercata would be sending out a new card to my new address. I've never received such a fast response before. I've always been happy with Mercata--their merchandise, prices, shipping, and service--but my experience tonight has put them at the top of my list for service.
