Taking responsibility for their mistakes - more.com and ccb-paris.com

Kudos to the following two companies:

1) More.com. I was supposed to get a Basis bonus kit with my order. Well, apparently they ran out, so they sent me a $10 off $10 coupon instead. Promptly, too. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Either login above or Register Now]

2) Ccb-paris.com. Their order took over a week and a half to ship. Apparently they were aware of the problem, and sent me an e-mail saying they would refund my shipping charges. I got the bill and it didn't look like the shipping charges had been deducted from my total. I e-mailed them and they wrote back right away saying the shipping charges would be reversed from my credit card. They were, pronto. [Only registered and activated users can see links. Now that's how you do business! I am about to place another order with Ccb-paris right now.
