Recently I went home to visit my grandmother. She needed to buy a new inkjet refill for her printer and I went along to help. Well, to make a long story short, Gram dropped $60 in the store (the money for the cartridge +) She was really upset but everyone in the store was great!! One employee actually got down on his stomach on the floor to see if he could find it under the displays. We never did find it, but the store manager gave Gram enough gift certificates to cover the cost of the cartridge ($40). I was really impressed that they would do that and now they have two customers for life!!
