I placed an order at BeautyBuys using a $5 coupon. The home page stated that you received a free perfume gift kit if you ordered over a certain minimum, which I met. When I didn't receive the perfume, I emailed CS. I got an immediate response, stating that because I had used the coupon the offer wasn't valid, BUT they would send it to me anyway! Hooray, BeautyBuys!
