I have to say that this company is certainly committed to customer satisfaction.
I had a problem and when I wrote an e-mail to them and let them know that I was dissatisfied, they were quick to respond. They offered me a replacement pair of shoes (my choice ... within reason of course).
The CEO of this company sent me a second e-mail and did a huge explanation and said that their company had been slammed and were not expecting it. They are doing what they can to satisfy customers. The CEO also said he didn't know where to find these "message boards" and I let him know about deal of day. I explained that misuse and abuse of discounts was not promoted here and that the members of this board are good, honest people.
I believe they went over and above (at least by my expectations) and deserve a second look.
