Greatergood.com has the most amazing CS! Got an e-mail from them yesterday saying that out of about 30 people I referred only one little person signed up, =$2 referral bonus. Then they said since I had to wait so long they'd give me a $10 GC for selfcare.com, an expensive site if you ask me.

Well I e-mailed them and said that for all the wait I would have much rather had a $10 GC to amazon.com since I felt that selfcare.com was still pricey after the $10 GC and plus that I had taken advantage of many new member deals on mothernature, planetrx, healthquick, etc... and didn't really need anymore health n' beauty stuff.

They wrote me back in less than 24 hours and BAM! They scored me 2 GC for amazon.com!

That is so cool! I have found very recently that a nicely worded, polite complaint to CS can get me pretty far (but only when you really have been wronged!). I was given a couple of GC's recently when I complained very nicely to a company that I felt had been unfair. If you think you have a case, let them know! I am glad to hear you were able to get what you wanted.
