Hey jsalba, since this is the kudos forum I just thought I'd mention this. I noticed on another board that when someone posted an inappropriate topic, you went out of your way to make them feel welcome and explain why it was an inappropriate subject. I don't mean to say that the other SDM's don't do this -- on the contrary I think everyone is really great at DOD. But your replies to this person were obviously well thought out and exceptionally nice. Very nice job!!

I sometimes worry about making those comments because #1 I don't want to make anyone angry and #2 it's not my forum to moderate but figure if I'm diplomatic about it the other SDM's won't take away my keyboard to prevent me from making replies.
