I ordered some sneakers with the $10 off coupon and got an e-mail that they were unavailable. When I asked about backorders I found out they don't do backorders. Needless to say, I shot off an angry e-mail. I got an immediate response with an offer for a free $100 pair of any shoes for my inconvenience. I ordered a $99 pair of Durango boots and got them in 3 days!!
