One of my personal favorites is Pets.com. Like many of us, I used their last coupon ($15 off with no minimum) last week before it expired and got in on a great deal with the food prices at 1/3 off.
This morning, the UPS man showed up with my order for three bags of kitty food, which feeds my little girl for a long while since she only goes through about a bag a month. Since it was on-time, I thought nothing of it. Then, this afternoon, the UPS guy comes back & knocks on my door. He pushes *another* box in and told me somehow he forgot to give this one to me this morning. Now I'm confused since it also says Pets.com on the outside. I open it up & it's a duplicate of the morning order.
I called their CS & they said to keep the food (I'm going to give it to a friend with 4 cats because it would go bad here long before it was finished) and they'd make sure I wasn't charged for the duplicate. Then, much to my surprise, she asked if I had taken advantage of the other coupons that had been available around New Years. I honestly said no, she put me on hold for a couple of minutes & then came back on the line with a one-time code for $20 for my trouble!
Now if I could only figure out what to do with $20 more worth of cat stuff.

I'm thinking either a new cat condo or a bed heater at this point since there's not much else she doesn't already have.
So many places could take a clue from Pets.com CS! They're #1 in my book & they have a customer for live here.
