Warning Kids Discover Magazine

My Daughter subscribed to Kids Discover Magazine in July.
She never received any copies. My husband then called them in September, and they said they would resend the ones she missed, and the current issue.
They sent her the August issue at the beginning of October. That is the only one she has received. I have emailed them and have yet to hear anything back.

This is a poorly run business. AND the magazine that my daughter did indeed receive was extremely thin. I was very disappointed with it. Not worth the $19.95 they get for a (10 issue) subscription. Not by a long shot.

My Wife Ordered and our Grandchild never received 1st copy either. Contacted publisher and they never corrected problem but keep billing, saying sent 1st copy and no payment yet. Don't pay till you at least receive first copy; and who knows if they'll send any others. Also as other commenters said only 10 copies. Ad is misleading on some sites, indicates 12 like the one below I copied and pasted:
