I just read and copied this from their website. to me it is not good as a customer

Acceptance of Term and Condition of Service
1. Definition

a. User/Users - Visitors and Registered customer of the web site.
b. OCS - Onecentstore.com hosted website.
c. Services - Logistic and Fulfillment Services
d. T & C - This entire Service Agreement
e. Product - Product available in the shopping Cart.


2. Service Detail and Description

OCS provides users Services to receive products that are offered "free" from the manufacturer. The web site provides shopping cart and other features allowing Users to pick and choose product to be delivered to themselves or to a third party as directed by the Users. Users receive the product for free, and pay for a service, shipping and handling fee. The one cent ($0.01) charge by OCS is part of the Service fee. This is due to our payment process not allowing zero dollar sales. OCS reserves the right of refuse to service any one without notice. All prices quoted are in US dollars (USD).

3. Payment process

OCS employs only Paypal as our processing agent to process payment. All charges will be billed under "Megawin International Inc", which is OCS US marketing and processing agent. There will be one cent charge for the product and plus the shipping and handling fee for the product you ordered. The one cent ($0.01) is part of the Services charge, due to Paypal will not be able to handle Zero dollar ($0) transaction. Products are free and users pay for services only. It takes between 1 to 3 days for your payment to be confirmed by OCS processors. OCS will not initiate the shipping process until OCS confirms received payment.

4. Dispute of Payment

OCS reserves the right to charge Users US $30.00 as service charge for investigative service if OCS finds the charge back dispute has no basis.

5. Shipping and Handling

OCS provides logistic services once the payment is confirmed from OCS processors. OCS will initiate the shipping processor and send the order to one of the OCS Logistic warehouses Worldwide. Order received by the warehouse will take between 2 to 5 Business days to process and will be sent to a third party international carrier by the choice of OCS and delivered to the Users Worldwide. Shipment transport time is depended on the Country and location Users reside. Major country like US, Canada, UK, Germany Japan and China may only take 5 to 10 business days. Other countries may take up to 15 to 20 business days. OCS reserves the right to refuse order if geographic location is not service by OCS carrier. Users are responsible for any and all taxes, import duties, custom charges and all law and regulations of the country in which Users reside. Users will be charge extra $15 handling fee for any returned package due to Users error for re-shipping.

6. Cancellations, Refuse and Refund

Cancellations are allowed if the payment had not been accepted by our processors. Once the payment is confirm accepted by OCS there will be a cancellation charges to cancel the order. Refunds are only made through Paypal credit and no refund is allowed unless OCS did not deliver your product at all and no re-shipment is attempted. No other refunds are accepted. All sales are final. If the User refuses the product, there will not be any refund due to the services have been performed and there will be no re-shipment attempt. User account will be cancelled.

7. Returns and Warranty

If an unforeseen Situation happened within 30days of Users shipment, Users find the product received was damaged or defective, We will gladly replacement it for the User. We will assess the situation and issue a RMA number and a return address for user to ship the product back prepaid. Collect shipment and shipment without proper RMA number will be refused. Once OCS received the product a replacement product will ship back prepaid to the User as soon as possible.

8. Change of Terms

OCS reserve the right to change the services terms and to discontinue and product post on website anytime with or without notice.

9. Limited Liability

EXCEPT FOR THE WARRANTIES SET, OCS DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY APPLICABLE LAW ARE LIMITED TO THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL ONECENTSTORE.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF BUSINESS, PROFITS, DATA OR USE, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT OR BASED ON A WARRANTY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR REFUND, AS APPLICABLE, UNDER THE WARRANTY SERVICES DESCRIBED HEREIN IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY BREACH OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN. IF, DESPITE THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS, FOR ANY REASON BECOMES LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES INCURRED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, THEN, THE LIABILITY OF WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE INVOICE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES.

This is one of those sites that charges a very small fee for the item and then makes up for it by charging a very high shipping & handling fee. You also have to read the FAQS carefully. They say that the items may not come in original packages. Which means if you are ordering something like software, you may only get the CD, not in the package that is shown on the website. Order at your own risk. If you want to return it, you'll only get the 1 cent back, they clearly say they don't refund the shipping & handling charge.
