California Style stinks!

I am very frustrated right now with California Style, a company I will not purchase from any longer. If you ever have to return anything don't expect to see your money for a long, long time!

I purchased a swimsuit from them in September 2001. I decided to return the swimsuit and on October 16th, I packed it back up, used their prepaid label and sent it off. After many weeks of waiting for a credit, I called their CS department the second week of December and was told that they did not even receive the returned package til the first week of December ! Now, c'mon, do they expect me to believe it takes 6 weeks for a package to get
from New York to California? They assured me the credit would be posted in 7-10 days. Well, my credit card statement closed Dec. 19th and no credit on there, so I figured I would just check with my credit card company to see if there was a credit issued after that date, but still NO CREDIT! I called Ca Style CS again today and they said "gee, we see the return, but it seems the credit was never processed". Now I have to wait another 7-10 days to see if a credit shows up!

I have had similar problems in the past with them, but not to this extent. I will not shop there again!
