I cashed out my points for 2- 25.00 bath and body works gift certificates in mid November figuring that was plenty of time to get them by Christmas..well my points has given me a ship date of Jan 12th!! Guess that leaves me with 2 additional Christmas gifts to buy I hadn't planned on having to pay for!!

Sorry you're not getting them in time for Christmas, but I would have to assume gift certs like these are hot items around the holidays. I cashed in for a Toys R Us gift cert and it took forever to get it. I would just be thankful you are getting them at all given their recent financial situation.

I did email them and they wrote back that it would be sent mid January

I wish they would let us know the turnaround time for gift certificates from each merchant. It seems like how fast you receive the GC really all depends on which one you choose. Some of them take less than a week...some of them take months!!!

We've only gotten Home Depot and Barnes & Noble, but in the past year or so it's been a lot of GC's, and they always came in about 2 weeks.

Their track record on shipping paper GC's used to be much worse. They have improved. You guys sound lucky in how fast you are receiveing them.
I only cash in for electronic type GC's now since in the past paper GC's were a mess. Once I cashed in for a mobil gas card and they sent Shell (we don't have a Shell station in my area). another time the gas card took 9 weeks a bunch of e-mails and phone calls to get here.. 9 weeks in the middle of the summer, they could not even use holiday crunch as an excuse!

They messed up my account after being with them since 1996 or 1997 and I never recieved my last certificates...They cancelled my account with really no explanation and I had alot of Olive Garden certificates coming....I havent wanted to resign up or mess with them since...I couldn't believe after that long that I had a problem... VERY DISSSAPPOINTING!!!
