It will come to no surprise to most of those who've ordered from BG in the past. They're widely known for their customer disservice!

If you've ordered from them recently and had your credit card charged without receiving the goods you purchased, you can challenge the charge in writing with your credit card company. I recently did this with another online business, and my CC co (USAA) was very helpful.

I wanted to add that Preston Bealle, the CEO has posted in the "Another One Bites the Dust" forum - I've asked him how to make sure customers can get their money back ahead of all the other creditors, hopefully he'll respond and it will help someone.
