I got what I thought was a great deal on 2 DVDs, with a $10 off coupon. I ordered on Nov 19 - and the amount was taken immediatly from my credit card. I have never received any communication with them regarding the status of my order (you can't track it on their site (you have to go to a 3rd party site for tracking - because it requires a tracking number which they never supplied to me - argh!!)
I just phoned them and one of my items is backordered for a "few more weeks", and their policy is that they won't ship until the order is complete. Needless to say I cancelled my order. This store is located in Alberta Canada, so I was also worried about the length of time for my package to arrive once the items finally ship.
I don't feel it's right for a merchant to take the funds ahead of time, then not even notify you that your order cannot be fufilled at this time.
