qool.com ??

i know this is no big deal- esp b/c it was free, and I really only did it out of sheer boredom one late night while up with my 4 month old...

That said:

Has anyone gotten anything they "won" in a qool.com auction? I have "won" several tshirts and never received anything. I feel like it was a total waste of my time on thier site, and they have my personal info, but i get nothing in return.

I have won approximately6 items, but my history on Qool.com (on their site) says three. I won my first one back at the begiining of June, a book, and just received it this week. So, don't lose all hope yet. Talk to customer service if you want.

I to have won auctions and never received the item. Actually just got done sending them an email on one item I won over 3 months ago. Hope I get a response!

Have faith, your qool gifts WILL arrive. I cashed all my points out a couple months ago and only in this past week have I received EVERYTHING I won.
WHICH consisted of 10 items all individually shipped! I won an auction earlier in the year, though it took forever, I DID get the CD. Good Luck!
