I ordered an item from this site 7/17/00. I received an email stating I would receive it no later than 8/21/00. Since it is shipping from overseas I understood the delay. I have still not received the item (its now 8/29) and when I sent an email to customer service, they notified me they didn't know where the item is and they don't have tracking numbers. This sounds a little fishy, so beware. I'll let everyone know if I ever receive it.

Don't give up hope. I ordered from them once and, although it took longer than you are experiencing, it DID show up!! And it was very adequately packaged and a nice quality item. Hang in there!

We received a LONG awaited item from them yesterday. It was packaged well(maybe over-packaged) and the item was nice. It wasn't quite what was expected...but still nice. It was one of the ornate mirrors from Peru that my daughter ordered for my BD back in July. I thought it was inlayed ceramic tile and that was not the case.

I STILL have not received my package! So I called their customer service line and they put me on hold for 15 minutes. When they came back, they told me they will have to call me right back because their database is down. Whatever. I flat out asked if they lost my order and they said they can't tell at this time. That was 3 hours ago and they haven't called me back. What a surprise . . . any ideas??? At this point, I don't even want what I ordered, I would be happy with a refund.
