I have been a member of alladvantage.com for about a year. I was receiving a check from them on a regular basis, until about 3 months ago. They sent me this email: "Our records suggest that the Member ID listed above represents one of multiple accounts registered to you. Our membership rules allow each AllAdvantage member to maintain only a single account. Specifically, you may only sign up once and maintain only one membership. Also, you may create an account only for yourself and may not establish an account on behalf of anyone else. Sometimes multiple accounts result from difficulties you may have experienced during signup or when members of your family or those living with you also sign up for AllAdvantage. We are continuing to analyze this situation. However, any paid time in this account must be held until we have concluded our analysis. This will allow us to determine which accounts are genuine and which are in violation of the Membership and Viewbar agreements. Following analysis, we will cancel all duplicate accounts, leaving only those properly associated with single individuals. Any paid time and referrals accrued under accounts we subsequently cancel will be voided. I have emailed them a dozen times trying to explain that my daughter tried to download it onto her computer. They still will not respond to my emails and still have a hold on all of the money in my account!! They do not have a phone number that I can call, and I am so frustrated and angry, I don't know what to do. Any ideas?????? |
