I've had nothing but problems with this company from the beginning, but this time I'm really irked. In the past 2 weeks I purchased about $750 worth through their site (about $32 in points). Today they sent me an e-mail saying they closed my account and cancelled all the points because I have more than one account open. I told them I only use the one account, tried at one time to close the extra account and had been told by one of their phone reps that multiple accounts are ok and he, in fact, had 5. I have friends who have many accounts and none of them received this e-mail. The timing is just too convenient. They obviously closed the account so they won't have to pay me the points I earned. I'm absolutely livid.
