If you purchase anything through pointclick.com and are expecting a check like I am ($100 to be exact). I would be cautious. I've been waiting for my check now and so I have emailed them about it. Evidentally they are having problems. Here is their reply:

PointClick would like to apologize for the delay in sending your reimbursement check. The checks were marked "Paid" in our system when they shouldn't have been. During this time of transition, please understand that the things PointClick is dealing with now are similar to what most startup companies deal with. We are working hard to put things in place so you can be paid as quickly as possible and so there will not be delays in the future. We will keep you informed as things develop regarding payment of your check.

FYI - I received a rebate from PointClick about a week and a half ago.

I also received a loooooooong awaited (6-months!) rebate from cyberrebate.com last week.

For what month was the check for. I'm talking about July and August checks. There are other posts on other boards regarding this. If they are having problems fine. But don't think you may get your check because you may not. Someone mentioned that they may not have the funding. FYI

Here's the deal with pointclick.com. I just got off the phone with the Manager of Customer service and he did confirm that pointclick hasn't mailed any checks in the past 3-4 weeks. They don't have the funding to mail out any checks at all. However, he did say that people waiting for checks will receive them for sure but didn't know exactly when. He kinda mentioned next month (October). They are hoping to secure additional funding by then. If you are a pointclicker and are expecting a check, then you will have to wait. If you are looking at buying something through them. You may want to wait until this problem gets resolved. Just wanted everyone to know.
