JC PENNEY 'ACCIDENTAL' LIFE INSURANCE

Damark gave my significant other's name w/o his knowledge to the above company who did one dirtier than Damark. They charged his debit card over $100 for some phony, bogus insurance that doesn't even exist!!!
Upon reaching them by phone, he asked who was this company -- because he never heard of them! They acted totally surprised that 'he never got any literature in the mail about this'. Needless to say, we were shocked to the core that something this could happen. This is THIEVERY. If he wasn't so ill he would have pursued them in court! The funny thing is, he is disabled and has no kids so why in the heck would he ever purchase 'accidental' life ins?? He finally got his $ back after having his blood pressure raised through the roof.
