HealthCentralRx.com offered a special 3 months ago, with many name brand makeup items for 1¢ each, no limit. Well, not to be a hog, I ordered a full-price item and 8 of the sale items. My full-price item came, but not the others. They said on a note in the order that all of those items were backordered and that they would ship them as soon as they could. I waited 3 months & finally called customer service. I didn't want to bug them since it was such a good deal. When I called, they said that those items were discontinued colors, etc. and that they filled orders until they ran out of them, and there were no more to be had. I told them that a) They should have told me in the three months that had passed, b) They could have substituted with a comparable item, and c) They wouldn't be having me for a customer ever again. I also have had continued problems with them. I placed an order in May when they had the $20 off $20.01 promotion to get some baby supplies. It took 6 weeks to get the order and it came damaged. I contacted them by phone 4 times and by email so many times I lost count. My products were never replaced, now they just don't respond to me. The customer service is horrible!! ------------------ |
