I ordered 15 items about 6 weeks ago. Slowly they began to arrive, a couple per box about once or twice a week. One shipment contained two of an item I never ordered. The packing list didn't match the items in the box. Luckily I didn't need any parts urgently, was just stocking up on hoses, belts, etc.

I contacted Carparts.com the other day because one item was never shipped, but they INSISTED it was. They have been difficult to deal with and it hasn't been worth the aggravation of saving 30% off a $100 purchase using an online coupon. I've informed Bizrate.com about my experience with this company as well.

Anyone had experience with Carparts?

Ok, i'm a person that takes no crap with online stores. There are laws that protect us from online store that pulls this crap.
I would first call your credit card company and dispute the charges, if you did receive some of the items you ordered then "-" those item from your dispute. If they sent you the wrong items then they MUST send out a ups or mailing label for the return of those items. If they say you must pay S/H or you pay and they well credit you back on the S/H thats all BS. It was there fault and there respondsable for the S/H.
You CC company will send you a letter in which you tell them what happen and what your disputing.
Do not let conpany rip you off, take action and get your money back. I would also report them to the BBB as well.
After you contect you CC company and dispute the charges, then call up Carparts.com CS and speak with the manager. Tell him you the problems and you disputed the charges and i bet he'll take care of your problems that very same day.

P.S. When calling CS they don't want to give you to there manager but to try to take care of your problems themself. Refuse there help and demand to speak with a manager!!!
