Be careful when using estyles website. I was a first time customer using their "get $20 off $20.01 order". Their site accepted gift wrapping as part of the $20.01, but then they charged my credit card the full amount. I called them, and they didn't resolve it at all. They said I could send it back, but they wouldn't refund the shipping,and handling or gift wrapping fees. So I was supposed to pay $1.95 for my order, ended up paying $21.95. That sucks! And if I want to send it back, they won't refund the whole amount. You can bet I won't order from them again, and I advise against it for all of you too. You could be the next to get ripped off.

I would recommend trying again to resolve the issue. Try to speak to someone different, or do a live chat. Let them know that you did not realize that gift wrapping wasn't included and since their site took the discount off, it isn't your fault. Also, it is illegal for them to charge you for an amount other than what they tell you they will be charging without your consent. I would let them know that too. Your other option is to refuse the package when it comes. Granted, you won't get your S&H refunded, but at least you won't have to pay to ship it back to them. Give them another call. They are NOT ALLOWED to charge your credit card more than you authorized! If the coupon didn't cover all you thought it was supposed to, it should have said so! I, too, have always been pleased with thier service. -- Until recently, when they gave the $20 free promotion. -- Apparently, they got so swamped, they fouled up for many customers. My two problems still have not been resolved to my satisfaction, but I have let it go b/c its not worth the trouble any longer.
