ememories sucks

I recently used the free cameras that I got and were given to me from many friends at my wedding. I sent them off (4) to get developed. I got them on JUly 20th and they were missing 41 pictures and the negatives. I contacted them serveral times via email, live chat, and phone. I was told that it would be forwarded to the supervisor. I still haven't heard anyhing from them yet. It is very distressful especially since it was wedding pictures. I have made a complaint with the BBB. Does anyone else have any other ideas?
