I ordered a videotape series from Movietown.com back in March. I received it in good time. I did not get around to watching the entire set of tapes until May. I found that one tape was blank. I contacted CS and they said I neede to return the defective tape and it would be replaced. I did this and then they said I needed to send the entire series and it all would be replaced. I did this as well. Through delivery confirmation, I know that they received it. I have emailed CS as well as tried to call them with no response. The 800 number has been disconnected and the regular phone number allows me to leave a message but I receive no reply. I think I am out about $75. Their website is still accessible. Do not order from them.
