Warning about familymeds.com

I ordered some stuff from familymeds.com on June 11th. After not receiving it, I emailed them on July 2nd and July 9th, no response. So I called them on July 9th, I got a message, that said they had a really high call volume and to leave a message and someone would call me back within 24 hrs. No call backs no emails. So I called them again on the 16th. Same message, but I was getting upset, so I hit zero for the operator. I actually did talk to a live human. She apologized said it had been crazy there. That the supervisor over the internet division had been fired, and about 1/2 the staff. She assured me they did have my order. With all the internal problems, they had really fell behind on their internet orders. And she could see in the system that my order was currently being processed, And someone would email the confirmation that week.
Well I emailed them again, on July 27th. And guess what no order, no email, nothing!
So today, July 29th, I called their customer support line after being on hold for 30 min they tell me the have no record I have EVER order from them. I said that is funny, I spoke to you 2 weeks ago and you said my order was being processed. AND when I go to your website I can see my order under my account. She appologized, said I could re-order with HER over the phone, because SHE doesn't trust their internet staff!!!!!!
If an employee of familymeds.com can't trust the internet staff, no one else should either!!!!
