I placed a $260.00 order form Overstock.com and 10 days later 2 pakcakges containing only the packing materials and empty manufacturers wrapping was enclosed. I called and complained and they sent replacements via 2nd day delivery---only 1 of 3 items and it was the WRONG one. Now, they don't even answer their phones and their on-line chat for customer support is non-existent. Anybody else had problems? [This message has been edited by lawjockey (edited 07-24-2000).] |

I've placed three orders with Overstock and haven't had any problems. I usually email them if I have a problem (one time a money saving coupon didn't work) and they replied within two or three days and rectified the situation.

That has actually happened to me too, I ordered 3 items and only 1 item was delivered. Even the UPS tracking said all 3 items were delivered. I sent overstock an email about this and they immediately sent the other 2 items out (they even sent it 2nd day priority mail.) I thought their customer service was superb. I have had A LOT of problems with UPS, I think the problem was due to them.
