I just got my pearl necklace valued at $59.95 from netjewels.com ($7 shipping and handling). What a piece of junk - this necklace bears no resemblance to the one pictured on their website. And I am really mad and offended!!! So mad that I need to do something. Does anyone know if there is some sort of place where you can report online fraud? An online BBB? Thanks for your help.
