Their named should be changed to Dolt.com because all of their employees are dolts. I had a gift cert. there & ordered 4 movies & 2 pieces of jewelry. Their shipping charges range from $15 to $30, so I picked the $15 for items that couldn't have weighed more than a pound. They sent the wrong order TWICE. Noone there knows which end is up & noone cared about my order. Their "customer service" person was rude & I had to keep reminding her that she was there to "help" me. When I finally demanded a manager, I got the right items, but after a month of haggling back & forth with them. I will NEVER shop there again!
