chumbo.com + Cheerios offer + Hasbro

I ordered the Monopoly CD from chumbo.com using the Cheerios offer. When I got it, I could never get it to work. As instructed, I went to Hasbro's website and did everything there and it still didn't work. Emailed Hasbro and their reply was just a regurgitation of the website, emailed again telling them that I had already done everything and that my video drivers were brand new (in fact CD was older than the computer) and they spouted the same instructions...I guess they figured that I was stupid and couldn't read them the first time from the website, sent stronger email and they ignored it. When I got a message from chumbo about purchasing more stuff, I told them exactly what was happening and that I had a defective CD and wanted it replaced. No answer. What a rip-off!!
