Ordered a digital camera and printer after my business associate did the same. We were both told by different sales people that we would be getting a 30% discount based on coupon codes we had. The coupon codes, we were told, were entered into the computer and accepted. When we checked the amount charged to our credit cards we were only given a 10% discount. Called VIKING and were told that we were not entitled to the discount promised. They were not willing to accomodate us in any way even though we have bought other office products from them in the past. They lost a good customer.
