Shel Silverstein coloring book

Remember the post about a month ago about the Shel Silverstein coloring book? Well I never received it and wrote to Borders about it. With so many online book stores out there (and the others have coupons!) shoddy customer service is the last thing Borders.com needs..

Here's the reply I received.

Hi, this is Mike again from Borders.com. Our promotions coordinator replies
that due to the unexpectedly high response for the Shel Silverstein
promotion, it was necessary to order more copies of the title from the
publisher, who then had to reprint more copies. Even so, this promotion was
only offered while supplies lasted, and we were not able to provide all
entries with a copy. If you are to receive a copy, you should by now have
received an email message notifying you that it's on the way. I'm very
sorry for any disappointment this may cause. We do appreciate your efforts,
and thank you for contributing to Borders.com. We hope you'll visit us
again in the future; in the meantime, please let us know if there is
anything else we can do for you.

i got mine too! it is soooooo awesome! okay i'm a big kid at almost 23 years of age!!!

never got an e-mail either, forgot about the deal, was a very HAPPY surprise in my mailbox today!!!!!
