If you have ever shopped or considered shopping at JCPenny.com there is a policy you should know about. Since January, JCPenny has made it their policy to not refund shipping and handling or tax charges if you order the wrong size.
I believe this policy is harsh and Unconscionable. They want us to buy online, but there is no way to tell how things are going to fit. With the products they sale, clothing and shoes, they should expect such returns and not punish their customers.
Please help yourself and all other internet shoppers, by emailing JCPenny and letting them know that you are unhappy with their policy. Customers should not be punished for not knowing how an item will fit!!!
