I hope this is ok to post this here since they're not really a merchant, but they have changed the rules again and it has really made me extremely annoyed. When it first started you could earn up to $35.00 a day, then they changed it to $10 and now it's down to $5.00 a day. Hardly worth the time spent going through their websites. I feel like they got you hooked on it thinking you were going to make some money and then they're slowly taking it away. I know they have a right to do it - their company, but it really irks me. And to make it worse, their point totals are all messed up. My friend had a negative balance! How do you get a negative balance?!

Just wanted to vent a little bit - hope it's okay.

I agree with you that this is not fair, especially to the long-time members, which it sounds like you must be. As a member for 2 months with them, I gave up using their service because of their $25.00 minimum required to cash out. I would like to know how many hours a day it takes to even get the $10. Do tell -- what do you do to keep busy garnering clicks without spending money or getting bored?

I usually have four windows going at the same time. I used to do all 4 for PointClick and then I could get through it really quickly, but it seems since they upgraded their website I can't do that anymore. Now I just get my pointclick going and use the other windows to do mypoints or freeride or just surfing for fun. I had a $600.00 credit card bill from Christmas that I was going to use PointClick to pay off - now it's going to take longer - $300.00 to go!

I just joined PointClick myself, and was disappointed when I got the email notifying me of the $5 a day limit. But, oh well! I think it'll be worth it when I get an extra $25 for just surfing through a site!

I've been a Pointclick member for a while.

During their January promotion I won a perfume set, which I never recieved. I emailed them several times about it. Two weeks ago they told there was some problem with the distributor and I would be getting my set shortly. So far no perfume.

I did recieve my $22 check for January.

When I went to login yesterday I was informed my email address does not appear in their database. Very odd. I emailed tech support and haven't heard back.

I really liked pointclick but now I'm very unhappy with them.

I see bad days ahead for Pointclick. Now they are cutting off the cash out option. Thank god I had earned enough to cash out before the completely shut that off. I guess they are too many people doing this now. They have very quickly changed the rules almost to the point that it is worthless. How does a company expect to keep people coming there if they cut all of the benefits within 2 or 3 months. The are now only paying .05 per click today. It seems that if its too good to be true go point and click else where. I really see this site going down quickly. Looks to me that they could have started out with alot less and then cut the rates down slowly.

I have been using pointclick for awhile now. I am very unhappy with many of the changes, however how can I look a gift horse in the mouth I guess? I would love to cancel my membership, but does anyone know of any sites like pointclick?
