I got my sportsline flooz offer today - yea! Turns out I can't use it - boo

I guess many, many months ago, my friend sent me an invitation to sign up for $5 free flooz. Well, this was during my finals week last semester, so I never did it, but according to the snippy CSR, since my email address is on file, I can't participate in this promotion, even though I:
1) never, ever received any free flooz let alone used any
2) I wasn't the one who solicited free flooz (and again, I never signed up!)

Sorry, I just needed to pout and blow off some steam. AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

This just bites.
