All I have to say is, I can't believe it happened to me!

Ordered from Gardens-Alive.com, from their catalog, so I saved $20 right off the bat.

First of all, it took over 2 weeks to get my stuff, we figured it got lost in the mail so they are reshipping it to me. Well the next day after they decided to reship my goods, the old order came. Came it a box wrapped up in all sorts of plastic! Took the plastic off and the box was all leaky! Gardens-alive.com DOES NOT know how to pack. No bubble foam, no nothing! The 6 cleaners I ordered must of been bump-bump-bumping all the way to Athens, GA!

I hope they pack the stuff better when they reship it to me, but I doubt it

Geez.. sorry to hear about your bad shipping experience. Hopefully customer service was helpful to you and that they tried to correct the problem. Let us know how your second shipment arrives.. hate to think it will be the same type of incident but would be helpful to others to know this. Take care!

Well although I haven't received it yet, I thought it was nice that CS just called me (on their dime) at work to make sure they had the right address, etc.. to 3-day fed ex the stuff to me (on their bill)

I mentioned the packing problem on the previous shipment so hopefully this prob will be corrected

okay, got my new shipment from them a couple of days ago.

here are my peeves!

1. wanted it delivered to me at work. they even called me at work to make sure they had the correct address for me at work. what happens? come home and the package in sitting right in front of my door.

2. stuff was still leaky but not as bad as before. i called CS and told them that they need to tape down the lids on the 'dishmate' stuff since other cleaning products they sell have the safety seal that you have to pop open and then screw the top back on.. i told them that lots of sites selling lotions n' stuff do this so the lotions don't leak all over and then they loose money by having to reship products....

probably won't order from them again, didn't ship to right address, i'm lucky no one took the package that was infront of my door (i live in an apartment complex) and stuff still leaked...
