Well, I just received an e-mail from CDUniverse.com giving me a coupon toward my next purchase as a means of apologizing for the screw up a couple months ago where credit card information was compromised. They want me to come back and see that their site is more secure now as they hired two national companies to work on their security.
As far as I'm concerned, they can keep their coupon (and I told them that) because I will never return to that site.
When my credit card was compromised, I tried calling them. I was on hold for anywhere from 1 hour to 1-1/2 hours before I finally hung up.. never got to speak to anyone on those occasions.. sent e-mail.. Nope! Never answered.
As far as I'm concerned, their Customer Service is lacking in more ways then one. They will definitely not get me back at their site no matter how good the coupon is.
