I have still been going back and forth with the over an order placed back in Nov 1999. I used a coupon that was never applied. They never informed me that my order wasn't in stock until Jan then told me I couldn't cancel because the order was sent out already. Funny that the order was sent out but I never received it but someone else with the same name at a different address did. They insisted I must have notified them that I moved. They even charged my credit card more for the items than they advertised on their web site. I even wrote a letter, not an e-mail to the Vice-President of the company and he never even replied. I am still disputing the charges. Their customer service dept needs a serious over-haul. I will never order from them again and warn all others against ordering from them no matter how tempting the coupon offer may be.It's just not worth the time and aggravation. They have treated me horrible.

I too had the same problem with UGO Direct. I ordered a game in the beginning of November and was told that it was in "fast track" for shipping (whatever that means!)I called and called, on my dime, and tried to speak to a supervisor and never got ahold of one. I left numerous messages for the supposed boss and he never returned the call. I finally called the NY Atty General, and I informed them that I did, and that received no response. Finally I got my money back but it wasn't until the end of February for something that I oredered in November. BEWARE! |
