Ok, first i wasn't sure if i should post this here or sticky deals. But people should be warned that Egghead.com stated to me that they have the right to charge people for these orders. And that they well be charge everyone that received this order that didn't meet the coupon deal of $25. or more! I well be receiving my package today and one later this week in which i'll be refussing. If others are whating to receive there packages i would really think hard about keeping them, and just refuss it to save a headach. But thats up to you, if you raise a little **** you just might get it for free. But on the other hand the CS i talk to was nasty and it really sound like there going to charge everyone!. So just a worded of warning to you all, keep a eye out on your CC for egghead. Corky |

You'd be a putz to refuse. Let them charge you full price. Then, call up your credit card people. You have conf. emails, and everything. You won't get charged 99 cents, instead you'll get the stuff for FREE! =) |

I ordered some videos for $1 ($11 -10= $1 I used webcertificate so if they try to charge the full $11 bucks...good luck cuz I only have $2 in the WC account.... BAAHAHHAHA! funny I'm eating scrambled eggs as I type... |

Egghead has a NEW deal now. $500 off your order. No minimum purchase required. If you order less than $500 your order confirmation will show you owe $0. A few days later they will send you an email stating you did not follow their terms and will bill you for the full amount. Can you say SCAM. |

It would be a good idea dvd-man to print an invoice so I was going to do this (even though I had done it when I ordered, thank goodness) so I jumped on over to the egghead site and guess what I found??? "We're sorry but technical problems prevent us from looking up your invoice information at this time. Please try again later." What do you think this means.... I am happy that I printed my invoice on the day I ordered and I have my emails stating that my visa would be billed $0. Just in case they try any dirty little tricks like charging me for the orders. |

I just printed my account info (still have copy of invoice, but can't be too carefull) so maybe its just everyone rushing to the site to print that's jamming things up Too bad CS is so lousy. I was going to re-order my items but yuch. (My husband still thinks the prices are good.. just that we get better service from other sites) *Sound of customer slamming the door never to return* |

Well good news, i called there manager at egghead.com and explained that the deal was posted at $10. off of $10 (and it was posted on some web site), which it was and because of that they well be honoring this deal. There CS well be talked too because there being very nasty to people calling in and telling them they'll be getting charged and ect.. I was told i could keep me order and there well be no charge. But they are trying to cancel all orders that haven't been shipped out. People well not be reciving those order that they cancel in time. So disregarde that last post on refuss your orders because i was told you well be able to keep them at no charge if your order total was $0.00. If you have "?" or concerns about them chagring you call one of these numbers and explain it to the manager so they can make a note on your order! Latest trick - I sent a nasty e-mail last night asking for explanation - today I receive an e-mail from them stating that my order is backordered and if they don't have it within 30 days they will cancel the order (as their policy dictates - ha) I guess this is their way of getting out of this. No more egghead for me! I really don't like the idea of them charging my card before shipping! Staples did this to me, also. Is this legal?

I'm REALLY miffed ![]() 2/17 order from egghead 2/23 I get the "did not meet min purchase requirements we are cancelling order" note. I wanted to re-order (per email) and went to site. Item still available but I didn't re-order (had to deal with kids then forgot) ON 2/25 get "on back order due to being out of stock????" HELLO!!! ... why if product was on the site 5 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED is the product out of stock ??? What kind of inventory does this place run anyway? I'm back again! My order has disappeared. CS says its been cancelled. How the heck are they going to send my stuff that's backordered? I didn't cancel the order, I didn't respond to back order e-mail. Oh this place makes me sick. I had to use my print out to give CS info.. nothing could be found otherwise. Hi guys - I'm a little behind the times because I was out of town for 10 days. I recieved all three of my orders (each was $0.00) before I left for vacation. While I was on vacation, I got 3 corresponding emails saying that my order didn't meet the requirements and would be cancelled. Go figure.
