Just to add my two cents. I placed an order with them and received it quickly and exactly as ordered (this was about 1 month ago.) I would also recommend calling them directly. I don't know what their success to failure ratio is, but I don't want people to think they don't deliver at all. I had no problems with the site at all and got a great deal!

I also received my order promptly and correctly. Computers are like humans, they do err. Maybe your order somehow got "lost." I would definitely take the advice of following up with them again. Sorry to hear you had problems - that's always frustrating.

Healthquick is the worst online company I’ve seen. I ordered 3 items on Jan. 4 and never received them, yet. I did get one item in the mail but the rest never came. I wrote several emails and they replied that I "should of received my order." They said my order was shipped on Jan. 4. Not true, since my invoice from the one item I did get from them had Jan 7 listed as the date. I called CS and they said it would be "reshipped" and I would have my order within 6 days. That was on Feb 2. NO ORDER YET. I sent them another email about this, and I am sick of dealing with them. I'm filling a complaint against HealthSLOW at my state attorney Generals office on Tuesday. I’ve spoke to people and they have had good luck with them, but I seem to fall through the cracks with them…. |

I ordered from them early Dec. and in mid Jan. I realized I've not received my order from this company so I called CS and they said my ordered was shipped. I told them I didn't receive anything AND that when I go to the internet to review my account...it said the order is "pending". So the CS said they'll reship my order and that took about 2 weeks to finally reach me. |

Got my order today, one week after I ordered. I got a crimper/straightner iron, and two different types of medicine for 1.50, I was very satisfied! ------------------ |

I was beginning to have 2nd thoughts about this company myself when I only received 2 out of 3 items I had ordered. They don't send you a notice when your order has been shipped, nor did they notify me if the 3rd item would be backordered. I emailed them 3 times and finally got a response this morning saying that my item had been shipped. Guess they wanted to be on the safe side and inform me right when they were certain they could get the item to me. Whatever. And, I did in fact get the last of my order today. So, I would recommend at least emailing them several times, if at worst, give them a phone call. Good luck! ------------------ *stumblori* [Only registered and activated users can see links. They're no more.com but friends, family, and I have all gotten our orders. Their inventory is limited to say the least. Using the analogy of a crying baby, if you don't speak up no one will know there's a problem.

Okay, crying baby is taking it a little too far. I think name calling is just very immature on anyone's part. Do you think I would have posted this without calling them or writing. No I am not that stupid. I have been writing and calling then since November. Finally I got someone and I have cancelled my order and am not going back. I just wanted to warn people about what happened to me.

not that i can speak for barclay, but i doubt he was calling you a crybaby. i believe his point was that in some cases, you just need to keep calling CS and getting attention, or else they'll just ignore you. no one knows how many times you've contacted CS (your original post didn't say) and so i guess no advice would be appropriate for you. but if barclay WAS into name calling, then yes, i'd agree it's very immature of him. |

Fuzzy: Story from my past: When I first got my cat, I wrote a post on usenet asking if I should "supplement" her diet of canned food with fresh vegetables, since I was used to having vegetarian birds as pets. Immediately I got flamed from hundreds of cat lovers, condemning me for forcing my cat to be a vegetarian! My point is this- every single one of those people failed to read my post as it was written, for the word "supplement" is defined as "in addition to". Barclay was actually saying "the squeaky wheel gets the oil" using another analogy. This is how flame wars start- people react to things without reading them more than once. Barclay was just telling you to make MORE noise about this issue. Not that you were a crying baby, more that you should BECOME one when dealing with this company. Sorry about this, but even after three years I am still peeved about the usenet thing, and start to cringe whenever I see a potential flame war starting up. It would stink if this board were to become tense, it's such a friendly place. g ------------------ [Only registered and activated users can see links.
